Anna Spina was appointed Head of the Audit Function in August 2024.
She joined Enel in 1996 in the Human Resources department, later moving to Planning and Control and then Administration. Over the years, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Administration Finance and Control Function, assuming responsibility in 2013 for Internal Control over Corporate Financial Reporting for the entire Enel Group, and in 2022 for Internal Control over Group Reporting.
She’s a certified Public Accountant and Auditor and is on the official register of Auditors at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.
She graduated summa cum laude in Economics from the Federico II University in Naples and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from STOÀ (Istituto di Studi per la Direzione e Gestione di Impresa, the Institute of Studies for Business Management and Leadership).
